Let It Out is about expressing yourself in every possible way: dancing, dreaming, painting, singing. It is about being yourself in every situation, a message that is resonant to kids and adults alike. For Mike, this album was a perfect opportunity to work with his 4 year old son in the studio, and a natural inspiration for songwriting.

In addition to Miley/Hannah Montana, he has played with the Jonas Brothers, Billy Ray Cyrus, Sheryl Crow, Kenna, Chantal Kreviazuk, Ed King, Jeffrey Steele, Van Hunt, Aly & AJ and the Corrs as well as many independent singer/songwriters, such as Connie Kim, Right the Stars and Renee Stahl.

His songs have been played on "So You Think You Can Dance," "Flashpoint," "CSI:Miami," "Friday Night Lights," "The Real World," "All My Children," "The Bad Girls Club," "Charmed," "Everwood," "Felicity," "The Black Donnellys" and more.

His self-titled debut album was unleashed upon the world in 2001. In 2006, he released a big fat epic, "The High Cost of Living (A Love Story)" and a intimate little Christmas EP, "Snow Day." His new album, "The House We Built," features a new recording of "Forget You," Broadjam.com's best-selling download of the year for 2007. It was released on August 19, 2008, and quickly became a bestseller and an Editor's Pick on CDBaby.com.
